Our diet tracker provides you with self motivation by providing you with the self awareness of what you’re eating and how well your diet is going. It is immediate bio-feedback that allows you to keep in check with yourself.

Additionally, with the Diet Tracker you check in with the dietitian every week with how your diet is going and how well you’ve been doing on it.
